Deal Information Shown

All deals listed on Deallocker can be seen by everyone. However, all confidential details are hidden and only you can control access to who sees your Deal. Investors access to your Deal is restricted until you agree to accept an Investor via NDA. To understand this better, please see our page For Investors.

Contact with Investors

After you accept an Investors NDA you will be able to see their details in the NDA Approved section of your Provider page. They will not be able to see your Deal Provider name and contact details. You can therefore choose to contact them, or not, while remaining anonymous.

For Investors to see your name and details they will need to make a non-binding offer. When an Investor makes an offer, this uses credits. In this way we protect your confidentiality and filter the Investors.

<aside> đź’ˇ After an NDA is accepted contact information is shared one-way; the Deal Provider can see the Investors contact details and choose to contact them, or not. Only when a non-binding offer is made can the Investor see the Deal Providers details. This helps protect our Deal Providers confidentiality.

Registering a Company

Go to your User profile and select the “Get Verified” button. Search for an existing company to link to using the Companies House number, or create a new company submission. We review each one and get back to you within 24 hours.

A company is only registered once. This creates better protection, eliminating risk that someone else pretends to be part of you team. Whoever sets a company up first will be made Admin, and subsequent users can link to the company. Only the Admin can accept new members or delete existing ones.

For existing companies, you can have team members link to you and you can manage the team in your user profile if you are the Admin. It also means we can now link multiple deals across multiple users to one company. For example, where a developer or broker has several agents posting deals.

Finally, there is now a Company Profile page where you can see every deal linked to that profile.
