The Deallocker platform provides information on private investment deals ("Deals") . Investment deals are those classified as either Equity or Loan deals. The investor declaration is found in your User Profile. You can complete or come back to it at any time. Before you can make contact for Deals, we require users to confirm that they meet one of the following criteria.
Either of the following:
High net worth Investor
Annual income of £100,000+ or net assets of £250,000+ excluding your main residence.
Sophisticated investor
e.g. you are a member of a network or syndicate of business angels; you made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last two years; you work in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises; or you are a director of a company with an annual turnover of £1m+.
If this does not apply to you then you will not be able to contact the Deal provider.
