When you first open the Deals page you’ll all the open Deals currently available. They’re organised with the latest first. If the Deal images are locked it means certain Deal details are hidden until you sign an electronic NDA.
You’ll see alot of information about a Deal, in terms of strategy, sector, exit strategy, costs, funding and more. Only specific details about the Deal remain hidden until post NDA.
Select a Deal to explore the Deal details. To proceed select the NDA button to send a request to the Deal Provider. Once they accept you you’ll see size, location, developer, images and attachments.

You may have very specific criteria. To filter through the Deals use the advanced Filter option. You can filter by investment requirement amount, GDV, deal type, equity multiple (returns) and risk.

Sign the NDA to see more detailed information. If you wish to invest, you can choose from one of two options - managed, or self-managed. After one of these services are chosen, you’ll be put in touch with Deal Provider and contact details shown.
To do this select Proceed to Investing and follow the steps.
