Deallocker is an online marketplace platform where Deal Providers can list their deals and capital requirements for professional investors or lenders to invest. Deallocker’s role is to connect the two parties providing transparency, speed and efficiency.
The idea was born out of us working in Private Equity and striving to provide Investors with Deal information in a clear, concise and consistent format. Deallocker allows Investors to dip in and out of the market, so by listing Deals they can reach out to the Deal Provider if they’re interested and have funds to deploy. This saves a great deal of time all round, whilst providing Investors with the best opportunities - even if they have been out of the market for a while. It’s also a warmer intro into an investment opportunity rather than a cold call.
Deal Providers can easily upload a deal in 5-10 mins and Deallocker calculates returns, produces a concise overview of the deal and even produces a summary using AI. This rich data enables Investors to filter deals easily so can review quicker. n.b. we will also be rolling out a further filter updates shortly, whereby all users will also be 'verified' using our automated background checks.
When a deal is listed on the marketplace, Investors are notified and they simply login to the app to view non-confidential information. Investors can only see confidential information once they have had an NDA approved. The Investor can then make an indicative offer on the app and we then leave it with you guys to close the deal.
